Eadie Hill Trial Lawyers Files a Third Complaint Against Life Care Centers of Medina.

Anne Grauel was a 91-year-old resident who had dementia, Alzheimer’s, and was a resident of Life Care Center of Medina from May 25, 2017 and March 16, 2018. Because of her conditions, Anne was susceptible to falls. She indeed had a history of falling including a fall from her wheelchair on March 16, 2018. She suffered from fractures to her left wrist and her hip.

Sadly, Anne was unable to recover from these injuries and on April 13, 2018 she passed away from “sequelae of recent hip and wrist fractures,” according to the complaint.

Anne’s family has hired Eadie Hill Trial Lawyers in what is their third wrongful death lawsuit against the Life Care Center of Medina and the companies associated with it.
